Eight home cooks will compete in a series of high-stakes culinary challenges that honor legendary chef Julia Child in “The Julia Child Challenge,” which will premiere on Food Network Monday, March 14 at 9 p.m. ET/PT . You can also watch it on FuboTV (offers a free trial), Discovery+, Sling, and Philo.
All of the contestants are Julia Child superfans who share personal stories about their hero as well as cooking in a kitchen recreated to look like the one where Julia herself cooked. The chefs will use the same ingredients as Julia and are guided by video footage of Julia through a large television screen.
The show’s chief judge is Chef Antonia Lofaso, and there will be a rotating panel of guest judges, including Bon Appetit associate editor Molly Baz, “Chef Boot Camp” host Cliff Crooks and the “Top Chef” star Brooke Williamson.
