Channel 4 is launching a new cooking show which will see stars from the island of love, Made in Chelsea and First dates competing against each other after learning from top culinary experts.
Ten self-proclaimed “horrible” home cooks will appear in Celebrity Cooking Schooltesting if their cooking abilities will be reversed.
They’ll complete a series of complex culinary challenges, forcing them to step out of their comfort zone and into the depths of the kitchen as they aim to be crowned “Best in Class” at the end of the series.
If they don’t impress, they will fail and leave school, unable to benefit any longer from the experts they learn from.
The celebrity cooking crash course will see the island of love‘s Toby Aromolaran, who was paired with Chloe Burrows on the 2021 series of the ITV dating show, and Made in Chelsea star Maeva D’Ascanio as part of the all-star cast.
They will be joined by Kerry Katona, Stevo the Madman, influencer Sam Thompson, presenter Zeze Millz, First dates star Laura Tott, musician Shaun Ryder, comedian Paul Chowdhry and Kim Woodburn on the show.
Celebrities will be trained and judged by star chef Giorgio Locatelli, who thinks he can teach anyone to cook.

Michelin-trained chef Poppy O’Toole will also help Locatelli train and guide novice cooks as celebrities attempt to create and showcase world-class recipes that will even impress notoriously critical chef Gordon Ramsay.
Just like Channel 4’s other popular cooking show, The Great British Bake Offthe only prize available seems to be bragging rights and critical acclaim rather than big cash prizes for charity.
No matter the cost, celebrities will try to outdo themselves and go all the way, with plenty of disasters along the way.
Celebrity Cooking School will air on E4 and All 4 later this year, although a specific release date has yet to be announced.
