Gordon Ramsay is back with another cooking contest on FOX. Senior Level Leader takes cooking contests to a whole new level (literally). But when will we be able to see this new series on our screens?
Unfamiliar with Senior Level Leader? Obviously, this is a Gordon Ramsay-led series, but it will also see Richard Blais and Nyesha Arrington join him as mentors for the chefs. But what makes this top level leader?
It’s basically a contest held on a three-level stage, with chefs scattered across different levels. A table loaded with ingredients will fall from the top level downwards, with the chefs at the top getting to choose the best ingredients and the chefs at the bottom having to use whatever is left when the table reaches them. (If the premise sounds familiar to you, it’s because there’s a horror/thriller movie on Netflix called Platform that sees prisoners being fed by a platform that runs through levels of the prison.)
So when can we watch this new cooking contest (which comes with a $25,000 prize)?
When can we watch Next Level Chef on FOX?
According to TV Line, the series is set to air on January 2 (a Sunday night) at 8 p.m. However, it will then air Wednesday nights at 9 p.m., with the outlet explaining that on January 5, the series will have its “regular timeslot premiere.”
The cooking competition will take its lead from the second season of I can see your voice, which means it will be a reality night on FOX. And honestly, that’s what we’re here for.
It may not be Hell’s Kitchen or Chef, but if Gordon Ramsay is on the show, we’ll watch. But what about you? Will you be listening to a brand new cooking contest with Ramsay, as well as Arrington and Blais?
